<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fixing capacity of a water heater, by providing a holding means made of corrugated cardboard to retain a wall-hooking metal tool in a prohibitted state against moving, in the packing structure of the water heater provided with the wall-hooking metal tool protruding upward from the upper end of the rear face. SOLUTION: The main board 20 of the first stage corrugated cardboard 2 is arranged along the rear face of a water heater. The first side board 21 is folded against the main board 20 at the fold of the short side 201 in the state that the front edge of the first metal tool 11 of the wall-hooking metal tool nearly coincides with the short side 201, and the second piece 11b of the first metal tool 11 is held by the main board 20 and the first side board 21. In this way, the first metal tool 11 is kept in the prohibitted state against moving owing to the frictional force of the first side board 21 and the main board 20. Thereafter the second and third side boards 22, 23 of the first corrugated board 2 are positioned in the right angles against the main board 20 and folded along both side faces of the water heater. And further, the first and second flap boards 24, 25 are folded so as to contact the outer face of the central board to finish the packing work.</p> |
