PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine and precise structure capable of being produced without bringing about the damage of a processing tool, having three- dimensional curved shape, prevented from deformation and damage at the time of use and excellent in handling properties. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet curable resin constituting a material 4 to be processed is irradiated with ultraviolet rays so as to become a semicured state and this resin becomes a state reduced in processing resistance and, in this state, this resin is formed into a fine structural state and the damage of a processing tool can be prevented. Since a fine tool can be used, by performing the three-dimensional movement control to this fine tool, a fine and precise structure having a three-dimensional curved shape can be produced. After processing, by irradiating the ultraviolet curable resin with ultraviolet rays from a second ultraviolet irradiation source 9 so as to obtain a cured state equipped with necessary mechanical strength, deformation or damage is prevented at a time of use. |
