PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a decorative sheet which has weather resistance, heat resistance and transparency equivalent to those of a decorative sheet made of PVC through it is made of an olefin resin by forming a specified resin layer on a specified colored base sheet. SOLUTION: Desirably, an electron-beam-curing resin layer, more desirably an ionizing-radiation-curing resin layer 3 (e.g. a resin layer made from a mixture of a monofunctional monomer of urethane acrylate with an acrylic copolymer) containing an ultraviolet absorber (e.g. benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber) and desirably having a thickness of 10-100μm is formed directly or through another layer (e.g. pattern layer 2) on a colored base sheet 1 made from a material mainly consisting of high-density PE desirably having a specific gravity of 0.94-0.95, a thermoplastic elastomer (e.g. styrene/butadiene rubber), a colorant (e.g. red iron oxide and carbon black) and an inorganic filler (e.g. CaCO3 ) and desirably having a thickness of 50-300μm. |
