PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture and provide efficiently a two-color simultaneous muffle painting product with a transparent window on which a good-looking pattern is formed. SOLUTION: A cut muffle painting sheet 1 with a transparent section is set on a cavity 2, and then a core mold 3 with a slide block 4 and the cavity 2 are mold clamped, and the transparent section of the muffle painting sheet 1 is clamped by an end 40 of the slide block 4 and a cavity face 20 of the cavity mold 2, and a primary molding resin section is molded by injecting colored primary molding resin into a primary space encircled by the muffle painting resin sheet 1, the cavity 2, the core mold 3 and the slide block 4. Then the end 40 of the slide block 4 is separated from the cavity face, and a secondary molding space encircled by the muffle painting sheet 1, the slide block 4 and the primary molding resin section is formed, and transparent secondary molding resin is injected into the secondary molding space to mold a secondary molding resin section. |
