PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a given liquid containing space to the maximum by feeding liquid while utilizing a stabilized negative pressure. SOLUTION: The ink tank 100 comprises a recessed container 103 having double wall structure of outer and inner walls 101, 102 formed integrally by blow molding, and a cover member 107 jointed to the open end 103a of the recessed container 103 wherein ink is contained in an ink containing part 108 on the inside of the inner wall 102. The inner wall 102 is thicker than the outer wall 101 and both walls are made of same material and integrated at the open end 103a. The cover member 107 is provided with a port 104 for feeding the ink from the ink containing part 107 to the outside. An air intake port 105 is made through the outer wall 101 and when the ink at the ink containing part 108 is consumed, the inner wall 102 is deformed while introducing the air through the air intake port 105.
