PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove the dust intruding into the microminiature holes of severalμunits of a shadow mask and the through-holes of printed circuit boards, etc., by providing the device with a low-frequency vibration generator for vibrating the bodies to be subjected to dust removal which are transported by a transporting body or the dust sticking thereto. SOLUTION: The low-frequency vibration device 3 connected with a horn 4 in the lower part is arranged in proximity above the transporting body 2, such as roll conveyor, which transports the bodies 1 to be subjected to dust removal, such as glass plates. The low-frequency vibration device 3 vibrates the bodies 1 to be subjected to dust removal by vibrating the air near the same by the low-frequency vibration, thereby separating and removing the dust sticking to the surfaces thereof or the dust sticking to the microminiature holes penetrated in the bodies 1 to be subjected to dust removal and intruding therein. A dust removing brush 7 is disposed further backward than the air device 5 provided on the side more backward in the transporting direction of the transporting body 2 than the low-frequency vibration device 3. The dust sticking to the bodies 1 to be subjected to dust removal is splashed and removed by ejecting compressed air from the air device 5.
