PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure easy and accurate movement of a ship to a preset direction without requiring operational skill by finding thrust vector on the whole ship to compute and display the rate of the thrust vector to the maximum vector thrust. SOLUTION: To compute instructed values for an operation panel 1 with a joystick lever 11 and controls panels 71S, 71P, 71R in a accordance with the control impact of the joystick lever 11, a thrust distributor 4 is provided for a main controller 3. The operation panel 1 is arranged neighboring a vector display device 2 to display the vector of thrust on a ship. A vector ratio arithmatic circuit 62 reads the maximum vector amount Fθmax corresponding to an angleθto a vector direction out of the maximum thrust storage circuit 63 in accordance with the angleθto the vector direction and then computes a vector ratio from the maximum vector amount Fθmax . In this way, easy and accurate movement of a ship to a preset position or a preset direction is ensured without requiring operational skill.
