<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to simplify the fixing work of a workpiece to a work plate by a method wherein the workpiece is bonded to the under surface of an abutting plate and the abutting plate is mounted to the work plate by means of a clamping means provided on the work plate. SOLUTION: A workpiece 40, at a predetermined position of which an abutting plate 68 is bonded, is placed on a supporting block so as to correct the longitudinal direction of the workpiece 40. The fixation is performed by clamping the abutting plate 68 with clamping claws 60 by raising the clamping claws 60 through the pivoting of clamping bolts 58 with an electric driver. Due to the construction as mentioned above, the assembly of the abutting plate 68 and the workpiece 40 is brought into a strongly fixed state to a work plate 52 by means of the clamping claws 60. The work plate 52, the abutting plate 68 and the workpiece 40, all of which are made into an integral body, is moved to the cutting position of a wire saw device for cutting.</p> |
