PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension in which the variation in the attitude of a vehicle at the time of acceleration can be restrained so as to give good riding comfort, which can be used for various purposes, and which can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: When angleθfo becomes gradually large, while angleθro becomes gradually small, in correspondence to the decrease of an allocation ratio of the driving force on the front wheel (WF) side, the center of rotation CF of a link member forming a suspension on the front wheel (WF) side is moved so as to follow line L1 ', while the center of rotation CR of a link member forming a suspension on the rear wheel (WR) side is moved so as to follow line L2 ', so that angleθf increases, while angleθr enlarges. With this contrivance, both the anti-lift ratio on the front wheel (WF) side and the anti-squat ratio on the rear front (Wr ) side are prevented from remarkably deviating from a value of 1 (one), thereby avoiding a remarkable lift of the front part and rear part of the car body.
