PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a synthetic product useful for preservating and storing interal organs prior to the transplantation to patients who need the transplantation by containing a specific compound and calcium in a physiologically acceptable preservative liquid for external use for internal organs. SOLUTION: This physiological acceptable preservative liquid for external use for internal organs contains taxol of the formula and calcium in a preservative liquid or a sprinkling liquid for internal organs or in a heart-paralytic drug. Further, it possesses a capacity osmolarity of about 320mOsm/l and taxol, calcium and lactobionic acid salt may be contained in the preservative liquid. This preservative liquid possesses a molecular weight of about 150,000Da to about 350,000Da and is preferably composed of substantially ethylene glycol, ethylene chlorohydrin, sodium chloride and about 3-8wt.% of hydroxyethyl starch containing no acetone. Taxol is preferably covered with liposome. Taxol and calcium are contained in amounts of about 1nM to about 100nM and about 0.5μM to 1.5μM, respectively.
