PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the fluidity of ready-mixed concrete in a form without employing an inner vibrator by a method wherein the form is placed on a rocking stand under the condition that the flow direction of the ready-mixed concrete mated with the rocking direction of the rocking stand. SOLUTION: At the casting of ready-mixed concrete in a form (f), the longitudinal direction of the form (f) mates with the rocking direction of a rocking stand. The ready-mixed concrete realizes the flow 8 to the longitudinal direction of the form (f). When the ready-mixed concrete flows in the form (f) as mentioned above, during the process of the flow, the ready-mixed concrete intersects lateral ties 3 so as to give vibration to the lateral ties 3, resulting in floating bubbles containing in the ready-mixed concrete for deaeration. In addition, since the form (f) is constituted by longitudinal bars 1 and the lateral ties 3 under the condition that the area of a space e2 normal to the flow of the ready-mixed concrete is made smaller than the area of a space e1 along its flow, the ready-mixed concrete receives more vibration in proportion to the areal reduction of the space e2 from the space e1, resulting in accelerating the deaerating effect of the form. |
