<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously supply a raw material and discharge a product and to prevent a reaction material from remaining in a furnace by charging a raw material fine powder in a reaction vessel having small diameter, inserting the reaction vessel from one end of a rotary tube furnace and taking out the reaction vessel from another end of the furnace after finishing heat treatment. SOLUTION: After the raw material fine powder is loaded inside, the reaction vessels 5 each having smaller diameter than that of the rotary tube furnace 2 are continuously inserted into the tube furnace 2 from an inserting part at one end of the tube furnace 2 by a moving structure 6 for moving in the cylinder shaft direction of the tube furnace 2 and heated by an heating element 3 while rotating dependently upon the rotation of the tube furnace 2. After the heat treatment is finished, the reaction vessel 5 is taken out from a taking out part at another end of the tube furnace 2 and is opened to take out the fired pulverized body. As a result, the reaction material is not remained in the furnace 2 and, even at the time of heating another kind of product, the cleaning inside the furnace 2 is unnecessary.</p> |
