PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin film laminated steel sheet exhibiting a satisfactory embossed external appearance as a substitute material of a vinyl chloride steel sheet. SOLUTION: In case of manufacturing the polyolefin resin film laminated steel sheet by the steps of laminating a polyolefin resin film on a surface of a steel sheet via an adhesive layer containing acid modified polyolefin resin, then embossing it, and immediately cooling it, relations of T1 +10<=T3 , T2 +10<=T3 , T2 -10<=T4 <T1 +10 and T4 <=T2 +30 are satisfied, where T1 ( deg.C) is a melting point of the adhesive T2 ( deg.C) is a melting point of the polyolefin resin film, T3 ( deg.C) is a steel sheet temperature at the time of laminating, and T4 ( deg.C) is the steel sheet temperature at the time of embossing. Thus, the polyolefin resin film is adhered to the steel sheet with satisfactory adhesive properties while ensuring an embossed pattern having high design properties without releasing the film or without flow of the pattern. |
