PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a long term drop-flowing property without need for troublesome matters during film production and a secondary process such as coating to maintain a drop flowing property. SOLUTION: A cloud preventive film 5-30μm in thickness in which a hydrophilic polymer of 5000-500,000 number average molecular weight having polyether groups is made a base material is made the innermost layer. An agricultural film 30-200μm in thickness in which a polyethylene film layer is laminated on the innermost layer is obtained. Polyalkylene oxide such as polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide is used as the hydrophilic polymer. Usually an inflation coextrusion method, a T-die method, a calender method, etc., are used for molding the laminated film.
