PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy fire-proof rating by forming a cavity part in a push-out door frame made of thermoplastic resin and filling a flame stop material made of inflation agent in at least one cavity part. SOLUTION: A door frame 2 which is extrusion-molded by providing, for example, cavity parts in the shape of honeycomb has a cavity 4 in which inflation agent is not filled and a cavity 6 in which it is filled. Next, the door 2 is formed by thermoplastic resin such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene or is formed by thermosetting resin such as phenol formaldehyde as required. Then, synthetic rubber polychloroprene is used as an inflation material. When the door 2 is exposed to flame and thermoplastic resin melts, the inflation material inflates to fill an opening in order to prevent fire from spreading into a next room through the door 2. Consequently, it is possible to satisfy fire-proof rating requirements of ASTM-E-152 for a door assembly.
