PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the producing efficiency of pulverized fine powder having narrow particle distribution and arbitrary particle size constitution by using a mechanical dry type pulverizing method using a tire type roller, at the time of producing the pulverized fine powder. SOLUTION: Coarse grains of metallic nickel or nickel oxide having <=20mm grain diameter are continuously supplied by using a conveyor 2 from a raw material supplying machine 1 and pulverized in a pulverized zone in a pulverizer 3 fitting and pressing one or plural tire type rollers in a groove of a rotated round-shape table. At this time, the number of revolutions of the round-shape table is made to 10-200rpm, and the load per one tire type roller is made to 3-30t and the supplied coarse grain is made to 1-10μm average particle diameter. Successively, the obtd. pulverized powder is supplied into a classifier 4 providing rotary type blades and the centrifugal force is given to the pulverized powder by making the number of revolutions of the blades 2000-15000rpm and also, the pulverized powder is classified into 1-10μm particle diameter and >10μm particle diameter by introducing the air and the powder having >10μm particle diameter is returned back to the pulverizer 1 and repulverized.
