STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING PIPING IN TUNDISH PREHEATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping connecting structure for a tundish preheating device which sufficiently holds the air-tightness in the connecting part of the piping in the tundish preheating device at a shifting side and the piping correspondent thereof at a fixed side and can simplify the connection or the separation of both pipings. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted of the piping 9b at the fixed side connected to an exhaust gas treating device set on the ground, the piping 9a at the shifting side connected to the tundish preheating device, a bellows type joint part 11 fitted to the piping 9b at the fixed side an flexible in the connecting direction of both pipings, an elastic body 12 expanded/contracted in the same direction as the expanding/contracting direction of this bellows type joint part 11, and adjusting mechanism 13 composed of an adjusting bolt 13a and arranged in the inner part of the elastic body 12 to adjust the connecting end surface position of the bellows type joint part 11 and further, a closely contact seal plate 14 joined with the connecting end surface of the bellows type joint part 11.
