<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deviation of an indicated position indicated by a finger by using a cursor display position as an inputted indicating point, and changing at which side of a touch position a cursor should be displayed according to the touch position. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a transparent touch panel 1 attached on the screen of a display device 3, and a touch panel controlling part 2 which controls the touch panel 1, and specifies a touch position on the touch panel 1. Also, this device is provided with a display controlling part 4 which controls the display device 3, and the display controlling part 4 is provided with a cursor displaying means which allows the display device 3 to display a cursor. Then, when an arbitrary position on the touch panel 1 is touched, a cursor is displayed in the vicinity of the touch position, the cursor display position can be used as an inputted indicating point, and at which side of the touch position the cursor should be displayed can be chanted according to the touch position.</p> |
