摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase input torque of overdrive and a direct coupling gear ratio on a power train device for a vehicle including an overdrive type transmission. SOLUTION: A power train device 100 is constituted by connecting a torque control engine E to an input shaft 16 of a duplex gear transmission 100 furnished with a main shift part 12 and an auxiliary shift part 14 and by connecting a driving axle DA to an output shaft 122 through a propeller shaft PS. The transmission 100 has an over-drive and a direct coupling gear ratio, and its maximum allowable input torque is improved by strengthening a gear group forming an over-drive gear ratio. The direct coupling gear ratio originally has a large allowable input torque as the input shaft 16 and the output shaft 122 are directly connected to each other through a main shaft 28A but not through a gear. An engaged gear position is sensed by a sensor 200, and the maximum output torque of the engine E at another low step gear ratio is restricted low against the over-drive and the direct coupling gear ratio.</p>
