<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a beat sound and a worn powder at the use time of a transmission belt and also improve the conductivity of the transmission belt and prevent the electrification of a static electricity favorably by giving the conductivity to a canvas for transmission belt. SOLUTION: A belt 1 is formed of a belt main body 2 buried plural polyester fiber cords 4 and a canvas 3 for transmission belt adhered on its back surface. This caves 3 is formed by mixed spinning a carbon fiber to a thing formed a canvas material and has a conductivity. The canvas 3 is vulcanized and adjured to the back surface of the belt main body 2 after treated by a rubber paste. Therefore, it is not necessary to give the conductivity to the rubber paste used to the treatment of the canvas 3 for this transmission belt and the formation of the rubber paste layer with a prescribed thickness on the surface of the canvas 3 is eliminated. Therefore, when a pulley is arranged in a belt back surface side, the rubber paste is not worn and aggregated. The electrification of a static electricity can be prevented favorably by the mixed spinning of the carbon fiber.</p> |
