PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable warning at a proper timing without installing a specific equipment on the ground side, by judging the approach of an obstacle to a working car by the change of relative distance between them, and generating a warning when a time for reaching the obstacle is shorter than a time for evading the obstacle. SOLUTION: A relative distance calculating means 18 calculates the relative distance between a working car and an obstacle, on the basis of present position data of the working car which are outputted from a GSP receiver 6 and position data of a plurality of obstacles which are previously stored 17. An approach judging means 20 compares the time change of relative distance from the respective obstacles, transfers registered data of an obstacle whose relative distance is the shortest, to an arrival time calculating means 19, when an obstacle approaching the working car is judged to be present, calculates the time that the working car reaches an obstacle, and transfers the time to a warning judging means 21. When the time for reaching is shorter than the time for evading the obstacle which is previously set to the obstacle, the warning judging means 21 outputs a warning command to a warning output means 15. |
