PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug connector adapted in such a manner that the end faces of insertion ends are pressed to each other always under a specified pressure by compensating the various insertion depths of the plug connector. SOLUTION: This plug connector is arranged together with an electric plug connector on a printer circuit board insertable into a supporting frame and is more advantageously the plug connector for an optical waveguide 19. Plug connector halves 1, 4 for the optical waveguide 18 arranged within the supporting frame have insertion parts 8 held and detained in the supporting body in order to compensate the tolerance in the insertion direction based on the electric plug connector. When the plug connector halves 1, 4 are joined, the detention is released and the detention with the plug connector halves of the printed circuit board is effected. By releasing the retaining of the supporting body 6, the insertion parts 8 are held as to be made movable in the supporting body 6. |
