PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation into an office and to improve constructiveness. SOLUTION: A control IC 3 for repeating or switching a signal inputted from any prescribed modular jack 2 among modular jacks 2 arranged in one line to the other prescribed modular jack 2 is arranged at a position in the column direction of modular jacks 2 in respect to the positions of modular jacks 2 so that a length L3 of short side of a board 1 can get closer to a length L2 in the breadwise direction of the board 1 of the control IC 3 or a length L1 of the modular jack 2 in the breadthwise direction of the board 1.
