PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-characteristic compensating circuit which can compensate the temperature-characteristic of various kinds of elements or circuits with higher compensating accuracy and compensating ability in a wider temperature range. SOLUTION: An operational amplifier A to which a reference voltage V1 divided by means of a voltage dividing circuit 1 is inputted constitutes a feedback amplifier circuit 2. A feedback current control circuit 3 composed of a resistor R3 and a diode D1 is connected to the feedback path of the circuit 2 and an output voltage control circuit 4 constituted of a serial circuit of a diode D2 and a resistor R4 is provided on the feedback path. While both the forward voltages of the diodes D1 and D2 have negative temperature characteristics, the output V2 of the circuit 2 becomes to have a positive temperature characteristics under the condition of R3>R4 when the above- mentioned circuit configuration is adopted. Namely, when a temperature characteristic compensating circuit constituted in the above-mentioned state is used, the temperature characteristic of a signal outputted through the amplifier A can be changed arbitrarily including the positive and negative polarities by setting the resistors R3 and R4. |
