PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme electrode of such structure as to be able to measure stably and dissolve output dispersion. SOLUTION: An enzyme electrode is provided with an insulating substrate 9, a working electrode 5 and a reference electrode 6 formed on the insulating substrate surface 9a, an insulating protective film 8 for covering both electrodes 5, 6 excluding sensitive parts 5a, 6a that are respectively parts of the working electrode 5 and reference electrode 6 and larger in area in the reference electrode 6 than the working electrode 5, and an immobilization enzyme film 16 for covering the sensitive parts 5a, 6a of both electrodes 5, 6. |
