<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording/reproducing device without any noise bars even at a high-speed time by inclining a rotary magnetic head by a preset angle when the rotational locus of the same coincides with a recording track formed in the magnetic tape of the magnetic recording/reproducing device. SOLUTION: Setting is made for the position regulating surface of the traveling position regulation guiding member (lead ring) Lr of a magnetic tape constructed to show a lead angle corresponding to the moving locus of the reference end of the magnetic tape traveled in a specified direction at a specified speed during a recording operation. In other words, a lead angle in the end for magnetic tape advancing is set corresponding to the moving locus of the reference end Te of a tape T traveled at a specified speed faster than the traveling speed of the magnetic tape during a recording operation. Thus, the magnetic tape is stably traveled during a high-speed reproducing operation. A position regulating surface P1g corresponding to the moving locus of the reference end Te of the magnetic tape T traveled at a high speed in a forward direction is provided like that indicated by a code P1g.</p> |
