<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tray for measuring the taste characteristics of vegetables and fruits which is applied to a system for measuring the sugar, ripeness, etc., of vegetables and fruits nondestructively by irradiating them with laser light in order to prevent shaking of the vegetables and fruits at the time of carriage. SOLUTION: The tray 1 for measuring the taste characteristics comprises a tray body 10, and an anti-shaking means 20. The tray body comprises a lower columnar part and an upper prism part wherein the upper part is provided with a receiving part 11 for mounting vegetables and fruits. The receiving part 11 is provided with two tray side optical path parts 14, 15 being used for measuring absorption of light. The anti-shaking means comprises a disc-like mounting part 22 having an opening 21, and a pan type supporting part 24 extending downward from the outer circumferential edge thereof with a supporting protrusion being provided on the back wherein the supporting part 24 is fitted to the inner face at the receiving part 11 and built in the tray body 10. The anti-shaking means functions to prevent shaking of vegetables and fruits at the time of carriage and the taste characteristics can be measured with high accuracy.</p> |
