PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split type superconducting coil in which exothermic is suppressed by reducing a space which the coil occupies in a magnetic field generating device as much as possible, to miniaturize the entire device. SOLUTION: In a split coil bobbin 1 which has a wiring drum and flanges F1 , F2 and F3 at both end parts and an intermediate part of the wiring drum, a coil C1 is formed on a winding drum part D1 between one end part flange F1 and the intermediate part flange F3 , and a coil C2 is formed on a wiring drum part D2 between the other end part flange F2 and the intermediate part flange F3 , thereby a split type coil is constituted. In the coil, the coil C1 and the coil C2 are connected with a single superconducting wire W. |
