SOLUTION: Plural video generating means 1-1... having animation image generating means give feature amounts such as the degree of transmission, luminance, area information depth information and priority to the picture elements or areas of animation images or apply feature amounts such as the size of image, form and position to them and generate the animation images. An input/output processing means 2 processes the input/output of these animation images. A feature amount processing means 3 handles all the animation images containing these feature amounts as one system and applies feature amounts such as the degree of transmission, luminance, area information, depth information and priority for the entire animation images to be composites as plural kinds of information again. Corresponding to these plural kinds of information, a compositing processing means 5 composites plural kinds of animation images and moving image output means 5-1... output these plural kinds of composited animation images. |
