SOLUTION: The designation of access limitation for limiting access from a plotting interface part 130 to a frame memory 110 is transmitted from an external interface part 120 to the plotting interface part 130. When the ground bounce higher than a prescribed level is generated by driving a signal line on an external path 141, before the drive of the signal line on the external path 141, the designation of access limitation is sent out through an access limitation designation transmitting means 121. |
