PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the exciting rush current of a transformer, by increasing the output voltage of an inverter equipment, exciting a transformer from the secondary side, and closing a circuit breaker on the primary side of the transformer, under the condition that the voltage of the secondary side of the transformer and the voltage of AC system which is converted into the secondary side of the transformer have the same amplitude and the same phase. SOLUTION: A voltage (system voltage) 26 of a high-voltage bus 12, a voltage (inverter output) 28 of a step-down bus 16, and the output current (inverter output current) 30 of an inverter device 17 are inputted in an inverter control circuit 23. An inverter breaker 18 and a filter breaker 32 are closed first, the inverter output voltage 28 is gradually increased, and a transformer 15 is excited from the secondary side. When the state that the system voltage 26 and the inverter output voltage 28 satisfy the synchronous closing condition is obtained, a circuit breaker 13 is closed. By using the inverter device 17 for reactive power control which is connected with the step-down bus 16, an exciting rush current is restrained, and the transformer 15 can be connected to the electric power system. |
