PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner image forming device preventing the floating toner from being stuck to an exposing unit to deteriorate the image quality. SOLUTION: A toner attracting electrode 9 constituted of the first electrode 9a provided on an electrifier 3 side and the second electrode 9b provided on a developing unit 5 side is provided between a photoreceptor 1 and an exposing unit 4. A positive potential and a negative potential are applied to the first electrode 9a and the second electrode 9b respectively at the time of printing, and the toner floating around the exposing unit 4 and the residual toner not transferred to a transfer material 2 is stuck to the first electrode 9a. The inversely electrified toner is stuck to the second electrode 9b, a negative potential and a positive potential are applied to the first electrode 9a and the second electrode 9b respectively at the time of cleaning, and the toner is returned from the first electrode 9a and the second electrode 9b to the photoreceptor 1 and recovered.
