<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a electromagnetic apparatus with simple structure which reduces transmission of vibration from a magnetic circuit body contained in a case to the case. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic apparatus or a stabilizer of a discharge lamp includes a tubular metal case body 25 having an edge closed with a closing plate 26 and the other edge with an opening, a magnetic circuit body 22 contained in the case body 25 through the opening, filling material 23 with which the case body 25 is filled through the opening to embed the magnetic circuit body 22 therein, a case cover 27 attached to the other edge of the case body 25 to close the opening. The magnetic circuit body 22 is supported in alignment with the case cover 27 so that the magnetic circuit body 22 may be out of contact with the case body 25 and the closing plate 26. This reduces transmission of vibration to the outside base on the contact of the magnetic circuit body 22 with a case 21.</p> |
