<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify adhesion of a skin layer to an inner pipe layer of a multilayer hose. SOLUTION: A multilayer hose 20 is formed by laminating an inner pipe layer 21 formed of butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer (NBR), an adhesive layer 22 formed of NBR/CR mixed rubber formed by mixing NBR (butadiene- acrylonitrile rubber) and CR(chloroprene rubber) at the specified ratio, a reinforcing fiber layer 23, and a skin layer 24 formed of CR from the pipeline side in this order. The nultilayer hose 20 is manufactured by coaxially and simultaneously extruding respective layers by an extruder provided with a composite die head in which a plurality of extruding heads are coaxially arranged, and then through a vulcanization process. In the extruded adhesive layer 22, NBR/CR mixed rubber is brought into contact with NBR of the half-molten inner pipe layer 21 in the half-molten state, NBR/CR mixed rubber is brought in contact with the CR of the half-molten skin layer 24 through meshes of the reinforcing fiber layer 23 in the half-molten state, and then these rubber are vulcanized and bonded.</p> |
