<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient leakage prevention rate and substantially permanent leakage preventive effect by fixing and adhering an abutting member provided with a female screw hole at its center to an outer surface of a piping at a leakage portion through adhesive, and integrally screwing a short bolt with the female screw hole through sealing agent. SOLUTION: An outer surface of a leakage portion 10 of a piping is cleaned by the use of solvent such as thinner or cleaner. An adhesive 9 is applied to a connection surface 2a of an abutting member 1. Then a cylindrical pressure escaping fine pipe 8 penetrates through a female screw hole 4 of the abutting member 1 and is fixed thereto. One end of the pressure escaping fine pipe 8 is faced to the leakage portion, while leaking fluid is introduced from the other end of the pipe 8. The connection surface 2a is bonded to the cleaned outer surface of the piping. After the adhesion 9 is hardened, the pressure escaping fine pipe 8 is demounted. Sealing agent (or the adhesive 9) is applied to a threaded portion of a short bolt 5 which is then screwed with the female screw hole 4. The short bolt 5 is screwed with the abutting member 1 through the sealing agent for integration.</p> |
