<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the shrinkage of a flange caused by the heat during welding and prevent the work of excessive stress to a block spacer by separating a welding zone from the spacer. SOLUTION: A block spacer 1 is caught from right and left by the flange 3, attached to the end of the sheath having the same outside diameter as the outside diameter and the flange 2 attached to the end of the sheath having the same inside diameter as the outside diameter of the block spacer 1 itself, and a rubber plate 5 is put between the flange 3 and the block spacer 1, and the flange 2 and the flange 3 engages with each other, and the contact parts, far from the block spacer 1, of the flanges 2 and 3 are attached by welding 7. Hereby, the deterioration of the block spacer caused by welding heat is prevented, and also the shrinkage of the flange caused by the heat at welding is relaxed, and excessive stress does not work on the block spacer, and the insulating performance of a gas insulating apparatus is kept. Moreover, the penetration of foreign matter at mounting work or at welding of the block spacer is prevented.</p> |
