摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice heat storage device capable of properly meeting the clogging of ice in an ice making cylinder and performing an ice making operation without forming ice large in its specific gravity even in an ice making tank small in its dimension in the direction of height. SOLUTION: Differential pressure between the injection port of an antifreezing fluid injection nozzle 8 and the confluent part 13 of the bottom part of an ice making cylinder 7 is detected by a differential pressure detector 17. A controller 18 controls the temperature of the antifreezing fluid in a pipeline 9 for the antifreezing fluid based on the detected differential pressure. That is, when the differential pressure of the confluent part 13 is high, the controller 18 decides that the clogging of ice is generated in the ice making cylinder 7 and stops the cooling of the antifreezing fluid 11. On the other hand, when the differential pressure in the confluent part 13 becomes low, the controller 18 decides that the clogging of the ice in the ice making cylinder 7 is cancelled and resumes the cooling of the antifreezing fluid 11.
