PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a user's comfortableness while enhancing heating effect. SOLUTION: An indoor unit 10 is provided with a refrigerant heat exchanger 16 for heat exchange using a refrigerant and a hot water heat radiator 17 for heating using hot water. A gas burner 50 is arranged in an outdoor unit 12 and provided with a hot water heat exchanger 44 adapted to heat hot water with a gas burner and a refrigerant coil 35 adapted to heat a refrigerant. The hot water heated by the hot water heat exchanger 44 is supplied to the hot water heat radiator 17 and a hot water piping 67 for a floor mat 66. When the room temperature is lower than a set temperature exceeding a fixed temperature difference, the refrigerant heat exchanger and the hot water heat radiator are jointly operated. When the room temperature approaches the set temperature, the hot water heat radiator is stopped and switched to the operation of the refrigerant heat exchanger and a floor heating. This control of heating enables powerful heating at the time of startup while achieving a refined comfortable heating. |
