<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit converted into a conveniently integrated circuit with versatility, where the range of a characteristic-improved frequency is widened. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a path transistor 6 and a shunt transistor 8 which becomes conductive state, when the path transistor 6 is in a non-conductive state. An inductor 18 for obtaining a parallel resonance and a voltage capacitance variable diode 20 are connected in parallel between the drain and the source electrode of the path transistor 6, a D.C.-preventing capacitor 21 (or a diode) is serially connected to the diode 20 and a control voltage is added between the capacitor 21 and the diode 20. Thus, the characteristics of the frequency utilized is improved by the serial resonance, and the capacitance of the diode 20 is changed by changing the control voltage, so that a parallel resonance frequency is changed and the range of the usage frequency is easily widened.</p> |
