The corrugated cardboard pallet crate (1) has four walls (3-6) and a bottom formed by a panel (11) which is able to slide inside the crate. Two walls (3,5) have in their base a band (7,9) articulated by a folding line perpendicular to the body vertical edges and folded perpendicularly to the inside of the walls. The walls rest by these bands on the upper surface of a pallet (2). The pallet central part is hollowed out (15) so as to allow the passage of a handling part able to vertically displace the bottom. The upper part of the pallet, in the periphery of the central hollow, is provided with flaps (16-19) which rotate about axes parallel to the band folding lines. These flaps are able to be folded down and glued on the bands to fix the crate body onto the pallet.
