The invention concerns an adherence primer for bituminous apron and/or surfacing for circulation, to be applied on a surface of a structure or building previous to the said bituminous surfacing, the said surface constituting a polar support. The primer contains at least one polymer or copolymer in solution or dispersion, with a base structure of relatively low polarity, the said polymer or copolymer being capable of forming a layer substantially impermeable to water vapour, enabling both the adherence of the primer to the bituminous surfacing, and to the said surface of the structure or building while substantially eliminating risks of blistering. The invention also concerns a bituminous apron and/or coating for circulation carried out by means of this primer and the method for producing it.
