PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform sealing of air in a piping in an inspected are through driving a pump by a motor by adjusting pressure of air blown into the pipe in the inspected area through an amount of air flowed from a seal ring while moving a pressure escaping valve due to adjustment operation of spring pressure. SOLUTION: A power switch 17 of an inspection jig 1 is set ON in the state that the inspection jig 1 is communicated with a piping 3 in an inspected area through a blowing hose 2. A diaphragm pump is operated by means of a battery driving motor. Air is blown into the piping 3 in the inspected area through a pressure adjusting mechanism 5. An inner space of the piping 3 is boosted to a specified condition. The boosted condition is kept for a specified time by closing a valve 15. Pressure fluctuation inside the piping during this time is indicated by a pressure measuring gauge 21 arranged on the blowing hose 2. Pressure lowering can thus be detected. Leakage at the piping in the inspection area can be determined.
