PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize own location for each traveling object without utilizing a GPS measuring location system. SOLUTION: An orbital satellite 2 generates an area code from a time signal and orbital information which is transmitted from an orbital satellite controlling station 1 and transmits it to unspecifically many traveling objects every a fixed time. Each traveling object calculates its own user area code based on the area code. When a traveling object 4 collates the calculated area code with a stored area code and if they are different from each other, the object 4 updates stored content and also transmits an updating request to the satellite 2, and the satellite 2 updates the user's location and also transmits the updating request to other orbital satellite 3. |
