PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure the relative angle between the holes of a work by attaching a conical pin, an arm on which the center of another conical pin slides along the extension line of O-degree line, and a second arm which turns around the angle datum point to the datum point of a plate graduated in angles and providing a third conical pin the center of which slides on a line passing through the datum point. SOLUTION: When conical pins 3, 4, and 7 are successively tightly inserted into three holes A, B, and C provided on the circumference of a circle, a relation,θ=2α, is obtained between the central angleαof the circle against the arc BC and the angleθbetween the lines AC and AB. In addition, when the distances to the holes A and B from their common datum point are fixed and the pins 4 and 7 are respectively tightly inserted into the holes A and B by setting the distances between the pins 3 and 4 and between the pins 3 and 7 at the distances between the hole A and its datum point and between the hole B and its datum point, the angle of the holes A and B against the datum point can be found.
