PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment furnace in which the distribution of the atmosphere gas and that of the temperature in the heat-treatment space can be evened out and a material to be heat-treated can be treated evenly. SOLUTION: When the atmosphere gas is to be ejected from a gas ejection hole 14a on one end side provided in a first gas-feed pipe 14, the atmosphere gas is ejected from a gas ejection hole 15b on the other end side provided in a second gas-feed pipe 15 and, when the atmosphere gas is to be ejected from a gas ejection hole 14b on the other end side provided in the first gas-feed pipe 14, the atmosphere gas is ejected from a gas ejection hole 15a on one end side provided in the second gas-feed pipe 15. Gas control means 16 are provided, which effect the alternate ejection of the atmosphere gas from the two gas ejection holes 14a, 14b provided in the gas-feed pipe 14 and from the two others 15a, 15b in the gas-feed pipe 15 in the manner mentioned above. |
