PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a parking fee is automatically calculated from the paying rate and parked time and automatically deducted when using the parking lot of a facility having a register. SOLUTION: When a vehicle in parked inside a parking block, it is sensed by a device 1 at the rear frame part and a number plate is read, sent to a recorder 2 together with the time and recorded in the entry of a sent parking block number. In the case of payment at the register, a card number, number plate and the result of account settlement are sent to an automatic parking fee processing system while using a card, which is registered beforehand, and recorded in the entry of the relevant number plate. When leaving the vehicle out of the parking block, it is sensed by the device 1, the time is sent to the recorder 2 and recorded in the entry and based on the paying rate and the parking time, the parking fee is calculated and automatically deducted from the account of a card number. |
