PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of electric wires and the construction cost by transmitting many signals through one optical cable by controlling an LED, etc., with a switch(SW) and changing light into an optical signal in the case of controlling an electric appliance. SOLUTION: In the case the SW1 is turned on, the LED 2 is lit and a phototransistor 4 corresponding to LED spectrum is operated through the optical cable 3, so that the electric appliance 6 corresponding to the switch is operated through a relay, a thyrister, and a triac 5. In such a method, many switches SW1 control the electric appliance 6 corresponding to each SW1 through one optical cable 3. In the case of controlling the light by remote control, the LED 2 is controlled by a volume. The phototransistor 4 is operated by the light from the controlled LED 2 through the optical cable 3. Furthermore, many electric lamps are individually controlled through one optical cable 3 by performing control by spectrum. |
