PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal use by means of a copied telephone set without the need of a complicated algorithm and the like by obtaining history information which a main body storage device stores and history information which a radio subscriber station holds, comparing both information and permitting usage only when they are matched. SOLUTION: A position registration request is transmitted to the radio base station CS#1 of the radio zone Z#1 of a circle where a user exists from a subscriber station PS#m in accordance with the power supply of the subscriber station PS#m. The request is received by the base station CS#1 and it is transferred to a radio subscriber exchange MLS. The radio subscriber exchange MLS correspondingly returns history collation and the base station CS#1 transmits history collation to the subscriber station PS#m. At the same time, the radio subscriber exchange MLS obtains history information from the main body storage device HM as recognition information of the subscriber station PS#m. The subscriber station PS#m transmits history information in accordance with history collation. The radio subscriber exchange MLS compares history information which is history-informed with history information which the main body storage device HM holds so as to judge them. |
