PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting and repairing device for a pipe line, by which an operator can work under pressure equivalent to atmospheric pressure and the pipe line is not buckled when inspecting and repairing of the pipe line on the bottom of the sea or the like. SOLUTION: A pressurized pipe line is sectioned by a pair of bulkheads 2, 3, and the bulkheads 2, 3 are provided with packers 2a, 3a and moving wheels 6 on the outer peripheries. The packers 2a, 3a are connected to a packer pressurizing device 7, a pressure reducing device 11 for reducing pressure between the bulkheads is provided, and a connecting means for connecting an operator moving capsule 20 to the bulkhead 2 is provided. |
