SOLUTION: An operable action deciding means 11 decides the operable action content of its own symbol corresponding to the of category 3 that its own symbol defined on its own communication device belongs to, among plural categories 3 for prescribing operable action content allowed as the action of the symbol in the virtual world respectively. An action deciding means 12 decides the action of its own symbol within the range of the decided operable action content. An action execution means 13 makes it own symbol execute the decided action. A symbol expression deciding means 14 decides an expression accompanying with the action of its own symbol executing the action.
